Growth and change is a process

I want you to know that all parts of you are welcome here, even difficult or shameful parts. I approach our time together with a gentle curiosity and compassion and support you in accepting all parts of yourself. As humans, we are perfectly imperfect beings; we need only be who we are. Growth and change is a process. I, as your therapist, counselor, or coach, look forward to working with you.

The impact of social and environmental systems on our emotional, physical, and spiritual health is important to acknowledge. All backgrounds and orientations are welcome.
